As the first hybrid between a home console and a handheld, the Nintendo Switch took the world by storm. For the first time, fans were able to bring the console experience on the go, with amazing franchises like The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, multiplayer mayhem with Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and the chill farming sim Animal Crossing: New Horizons. The only downside to these great first-party titles is that Nintendo is notorious for refusing to lower the price of its games.
