ASRock has quietly expanded its Phantom Gaming lineup with the introduction of two new monitors, headlined by the ASRock Advanced PG27QFW2A. This 27-inch model is designed to bridge the gap between entry-level displays and premium competitive hardware, focusing on high-speed performance for eSports enthusiasts.

ASRock Advanced PG27QFW2A: High-Speed Precision

The primary feature of the PG27QFW2A is its flat Fast IPS LCD panel, which delivers a Quad HD (2560 x 1440) resolution. It stands out in the market with an exceptionally high 400 Hz refresh rate and a gray-to-gray (GtG) response time of 1 ms.

Beyond speed, the monitor offers significant color accuracy and sync technology:

• Color Gamut: Covers 99% of the DCI-P3 space and 132% of sRGB.

• Variable Refresh Rate (VRR): Supports AMD FreeSync Premium to prevent screen tearing.

• HDR Support: Certified with VESA DisplayHDR 400.

The unit features ASRock’s “AlienTechElegance” design, inspired by extraterrestrial aesthetics. Notably, it includes a built-in Wi-Fi antenna in the stand, intended to improve signal reception for desktop PCs. The ergonomic base allows for full adjustments, including height, tilt, swivel, and pivot.

Connectivity Suite:

ASRock Advanced PG32QFT: Large-Format Alternative

For users prioritizing screen real estate over extreme refresh rates, ASRock also introduced the PG32QFT. This 32-inch model maintains the Quad HD resolution but operates at a 180 Hz refresh rate.

While it shares the same visual identity as the 27-inch model, it features more modest specifications, such as 97% DCI-P3 color coverage and HDMI 2.0 ports.
