In a phase 1 trial evaluating GFH375, an oral, dual on–off binding KRAS G12D inhibitor, in patients with KRASG12D-mutated solid tumors, there was one treatment-related death, while most treatment-related adverse events were low-grade, and encouraging response rates were observed in non-small cell lung cancer and pancreatic cancer.
