OnePlus has officially listed the OnePlus Buds Pro 4 on its global web portal, offering an early look at its design, acoustic specs, and advanced AI functions before an official marketing rollout.

At the core of the hardware is a dual-driver acoustic setup pairing an 11mm woofer with a 6mm tweeter, utilizing dedicated audio converters for each driver. Developed alongside audio partner Dynaudio, the system boasts a 50 percent boost in bass performance over older generations. Furthermore, support for the LHDC 5.0 codec enables high-resolution audio streaming up to 1 Mbps, complemented by dynamic head-tracking spatial audio and personalized sound profiles.

The upgraded active noise cancellation claims twice the noise reduction effectiveness of the previous Buds Pro 3 model, dynamically shifting isolation levels based on ambient surroundings. Voice calls are handled by a three-microphone array combined with a built-in bone conduction sensor to filter out unwanted background chatter.

When it comes to power, the earbuds deliver up to 53 hours of total playback with the charging case when noise cancellation is turned off, or roughly 26 hours with isolation active. The earbuds independently provide up to 13 hours of continuous use per charge, while a quick ten-minute top-up yields an extra 14 hours of listening time. The storage case also accommodates wireless charging pads.

For durability, the earbuds feature an IP55 dust and water-resistance rating, though the charging pod itself lacks official liquid protection. Additional software perks range from AI-powered live translation and Dolby audio enhancements to hands-free Google Gemini integration and neck posture tracking. The accessories support simultaneous multi-point pairing with two devices, alongside a low-latency gaming mode dropping down to 39 ms when paired with supported OnePlus phones.

Offered in Titanium Shadow and Polar White, concrete pricing and shelf dates remain under wraps. However, industry parallels suggest close hardware ties to the Oppo Enco X4—priced in European markets at 219 euros (~$240) due to shared engineering under their parent company.
